In the year 1926 Bernhard and Elisabeth Stallmeister bought the Former "Gut Walkenhaus”
to become farmers. They were living and working together on "Gut Walkenhaus”
with 6 daughters – Maria, Josefa, Liesel, Anna, Antonia, Bernhardine
and the youngest son Josef.

Their son Josef and his wife Maria were married in the year 1966. After the marriage they build
today’s "Haus Stallmeister”. They constructed three guestrooms and the first guests
arrived in the hot summer of 1966. In 1976 they build the guest house.
A diners room and a sun terrace was added to the main building.

At that time the family was completed with their children Josef, Andrea, Martina, Frank and Marion.
The second guest house was build in 1988. It offers comfortable guest rooms and apartments
with single kitchen and balcony.



Since the year 2005 the alternation of generation began. The youngest son Frank assists his
parents in the "Haus Stallmeister”. Their motto "Hospitality and Tradition"Regular guests
appreciate the personal atmosphere and the silence of "Haus Stallmeister. The distance to
the therapy center and the tourist information is less than 450 m.
